What I Use To Make My Pictures.
For Those Who are New and Those Who Don't Pay Attention. I use a 3d Modeling Program Called XNALara/XPS_Posing_Studio. It's a free to use program with tons of models to be downloaded and played with.

Please note that below the Download for XNALara you Must Download A NET Framework, it's what helps allow your computer to use XNA/XPS.
Next you'll need WinRAR: https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
This allows you to down load XNA models. It's Completely free, all of this is.
Like with any art program, it takes time and patience to get used to and master it.
